Text Message Marc and I think he will sell you the correct 180 deg F Stant 14068.
But...…..
I would just use the Stant 14068 on the left if it opens at around 180 deg F as the 1/8 inch hole will not have much effect on function of the thermostat and that thermostat looks almost new.
