Another simple solution I found is to remove passenger side hush panel (below the dashboard), pull the fog light relay (one closest to the door), bend the grounding leg (opposite side of the door) side ways and then up, thread a wire through the hole on the leg (most if not all relay legs have a hole) and solder the wire, ground the wire on 10 mm nut up and right side, close to the door.
Mod can be undone later (if necessary) by simply replacing the relay.
