Yeah, I know all about WGF, been doing them since they started in TX.
I've also done a number of standing mile events. Neither is like what he's doing, which is a "flying" 1/2 Mile if I remember correctly, which is basically 2-3 miles of distance at full throttle, with another mile or so of shutdown. Given I hit 176MPH in the mile last fall, I'd like to think I could break 200 in a flying event. Too bad we'll never see one in the US.
