I guess different Safelights have different policy. The Safelight in Columbia, Maryland had no problem after State Farm made the call to them and said I was going to supply the windshield and they would be paid directly by State Farm for the install. Call around to other Safelights in your area or have your insurance company make the arrangements for you. They respond better to the insurance company direct request than you or me.
