Where's the hi temp pizza oven? Satellite TV?
One of the neatest home based shops/garages I ever saw was one that also included a very small bathroom with a toilet, deep sink and a small shower. Nothing like cleaning up before coming back into the house.
Of course this was in a 12,000 square foot 5 acre piece of luxury property...but you get the idea.
