RCs are not near as cheap as the stuff you can find on eBay, but they are a heck of a lot more consistent across a set of 16 and they'll last almost forever.

When I owned Barney, I put a set of RCs in the engine at the same time I had the late Jim VanDorn do his 500-hp "Street Skinner" engine package its LT5. Those RCs were installed in 1998 and were in the engine when I sold the car four years ago. I pulled them out a couple of times betwen '98 and '16, ran them down to RC and had them tested. Each time, their flow spread was the same: 1 to 1.5% and their spray patterns were just about perfection.
