Wow, sounds like one huge load of bullsh!t... If it only took 425hp for a C4 to do 9's, or to do 205mph.... Not even to get started on the '83 thing.
Maybe he got the numbers all flubbed up... 205hp, 4.25 + 9.5 in the quarter
