Saw 230F maybe 240 water with a oem same thickness replacement rad, normally 220-230, would cool it down easily on the straight away but that took the fun out of it. Oil up to 230 but usually 220, with red line 10/40. It would cool down quickly on the straights also. That's all going by the analog indicators. Tried the ac mode once and it didn't seem to like the buttons I pushed and kind of locked up so never tried it again.
Maybe your oil temp regulator is not opening all the way?
