Just to add, for more information overload....

Squirt a little wd-40 or a penetrating lube down by the injectors to help with removal. If they are really stuck, you run the risk of having the injector pop out and fuel going everywhere.

You can do the replacement with the lines still attached, but you have better control on a work bench.
