I finally got to the impound lot to put a cover over the open driver's window!

You're right, the tow companies could care less about the cars they drop off on the lot! I got to the lot as soon as I could after the accident. Had to go to the hospital first, though.

Re: the car, it will be too costly to repair (at least too costly for me). I think I have a better chance finding someone that can part it out. Hoping there's some interest....
