Also the GS Z51 has softer springs then a 1990-1991 ZR-1 and relatively the same for 92 to 95.

I would suggest for a harder ride, do the shocks first, then springs..

1990-91 Front Spring: 96.2 N/mm and Rear 39.9 N/mm

1992-95 Front Spring: 75.4 N/mm and Rear 33.0 N/mm

GS Z51 Front Spring: 73.2 N/mm and Rear 33.0 N/mm

Z07 Front Spring 115.5 N/mm and Rear 57.2 N/mm

Although you could also just switch to coilovers with stiff springs
