NO, that is the Cruise Switch. the Clutch safety switch is 2 heavier gauge wires

off the switch they are both black, on the harness side.. one is yellow and one is purple I think

Second Picture, that is a Passive Crossover, apparently your front speakers are components, so that box splits the highs and lows for the tweeter and midrange speakers
