Looks like you made a big mistake, I am willing to help you recoup some of your money by taking it off your hands for $10K, best to get this money pit off your hands ASAP before it gets worse
Seriously, car can be insured. Road worthy or not it is insurable under collector car insurance, there is obvious evidence of value via the auction. As to the title, you simply need to title the car as a kit car.
