Default Re: Anyone have a Kwik Lift?

With KwikLift you really need a floor jack to take full advantage.

A floor jack should have a minimum lift height of 5 inches (so you can position the jack under the 3 inch cross beam (lift tube) which is maximum a bit over 5 inches off the floor with ramp end on the floor). The floor jack should have a maximum lift height of at least 19 inches (so you can lift the end of KwikLift high enough to drop the two support legs).

There are ways around this if your floor jack does not meet with the 5 inch and 19 inch requirement

The floor jack should have a large jack saddle with four teeth since you are jacking against the 3 inch black cross tube which has no particular jacking slots (pins or holes) even though the 3 inch tube is designed to take a full jacking load.
