Great article Shaun. Maybe the Z has enough time behind it that it is finally getting a second look. I remember the articles about the Corvette From Hell.
What's interesting is going on sites like The Chicago Garage.com. Some have heard a few ZRs will be at the 1/2 mile Shootout. They describe the ZR-1 as the
"Unicorn". Perhaps we take our cars for granted but many have never seen one or the LT-5 for that matter. Like Bigfoot, it's a bit of a legend. Love it.

I love the connection of when Brits and Americans hook up cool things happen. The last time it was a British car and an American engine. This time it's the opposite with pretty much the same dominating affect.
