Seems the little power key hole is loose. If you go all the way clockwise (full power) the power light comes on then goes off. Basically you have to back off a little just to make sure it stays in full power. As you drive along i can see where the key work its way out of that spot again due to vibration / spirited driving.
Is there a way to adjust this or can we replace the "ignition" behind the plastic dash piece it sits in? thanks again everyone, i will be detailing the Z for my dad tomorrow so ill get some pics up for you guys. |

what is different in the 90's that it cant be fixed through the ecm/prom?

90 is turnt o on, it stays in on until turned back.. so you can leave it in the on position all the time, and everytime you shut off and restart the full power will be on.. Like I said, it can be fixed, just take your time..
