Default Tom Nelson Building Twin Turbo LT5

Does anyone know anything about this buildup?

http://www.nelsonracingengines.com/v...niversity.html

Polished block, 377 cubic inches, attention to detail is amazing. I thought it was interesting he put bearing spacers in the mains.

That's one way to get bearings easily. potentially a little more power too.

Woops, didn't look back that far!

I'm curious if he makes the "normal" 1500hp with this motor or if the 4-valve heads make even more. Also very interested in what cams he's going to use and where he gets them.

But how well will they hold up to the firing pressures involved?

Damn,i like that turnkey w/ECM.
So it should make 575-600 rwhp?
Maybe i sell my LT5 and replace it with this monster.
Then i would call it the LS88 ZR-1
