coilover spring adjusting whats....
the best way to do them . i got a spanner wrench, but do i have to jack the car up to adjust them or can it be done on the ground .also is there a jamnut that locks them in place or????. i need advice as i dont want to mess things up . thanx for any help you can give

i just want to take the time to thank corey henderson who took time out of his very busy day to help this old fella adjust his coilovers so that his ride height was set just perfect. he is a real friend and a wealth of knowledge
