Anyone know where I can find "upper coolant pipe", gm part #14104460?
It has been discontinued by gm and I have been unable to find one. ![]() |

Are you talking about the metal pipe that the four hoses connect to under the air horn? If so, you may want to look up Phrogs on this forum.

Yes, that's the part. I am a new user on the forum, how do I contact Phrogs?

I know I don't know much as a newbe Z owner but I'll offer this up anyway on the upper coolant pipe. You can use cast copper fittings and make one up that way. You would use "L" class copper tubing as pipe to connect a couple of cast T-ees to solder up the fabed part. If you go to a plumbing supply house, not home depot or lowes because generally they don't carry cast copper fittings and L or even better M tubing.
If you know how to braise you can use brass fittings but I think that would be over kill as L or M tubing is strong enough on burst pressure limit to handle a 17 psi system pressure with about tripple reserve on the burst resistance. Sorry to butt in! ![]() ![]() Tom

If you find more than one, let me know. I need one also. Thanks. Bruce |

Don nobody has them. I'd try DRM first and talk to Randy. The other solution is find a used one, and then onto building your own.
