-Could be cleaned up an run but need a refinish. -Buyer pays actual shipping I am sure one of the prototype owners will correct me, I think techincally these are pre-production

I put some time into cleaning up the lips of the wheels and reclearing...they look good.....condition looks like a wheel you would see on a low mile 90.
  Will do the same on the 9.5s Caps and 4 wheels 2 17x11s/2 17X9.5s.......$1500 OBO
