Where would I find the build sheet on a 95?

The same usual places, top of or on rear face of fuel tank and stuffed in the front suspension member.

Fund tank sticker stuck under strap, can't find one in front. Is it near front spring?

With the vin # the NCM used to supply you with the build sheet and window sticker. Call them or look up the web site and ask if they sell the build sheet and window sticker.

You should only require ONE! The one in the suspension member requires a substantial effort to remove or even see. Maybe one of those bore-scope lamps/camera might put is 'in sight'. Tucked in the member where the control-arm mounts as a rule.
