A fellow Z brother had the body side molding broken on his Z we ordered a new part and painted however upon installing last night we realized it was not going to fit. Are these parts different according to the year? Or maybe coupe to vert? I didn’t know that there was a difference. Thoughts?
Thanks, Daniel Part is circled in red sorry it isn't that easy to see: ![]() Mounting holes in body: ![]() Original part: ![]() Replacement: ![]() |

There is a difference between the standard Vette (LH part # 10174901) and the ZR-1 (LH part # 10174881).
Do you know which GM part # you purchased? Kevin |

LT1/LT4 are shorter than the LT5 dog leg moldings.
I've got them if you need them, but looks like you'll be able to repair. |
