Last week, I started with the upgrade.
Everything is now dismantled and cleaned, I want to make the groove in shock absorber for the snap-ring too keep the sleeve in position. Did somebody know the wall thickness from the Bilstein shock? I think to go 0.4 mm deep. Any recommendation ? I like to change the bushings for the front End Control Arm, the energy suspension catalogue item #3.3142 looks correct for it. With a press it's not too big issue to change them..... Later on some pictures from my progress. |
