Default First Northern Nevada FBI Chapter Outing

We seem to have developed a small group of 5 here in the Reno area so far. For our first "outing" yesterday only two of us made it because of the holiday and other commitments. Still great to have two of our cars together at the same time. A rare sight, especially in a place like Reno.
Tony and I had a great time explaining what an LT5 was to numerous folks. Pix are attached.

Looks good, wish it were closer to me I'd be there. One of these days. I was at the local Cars and Coffee and there was a nice black-black 94 there. This event is getting so crowded,if your not there by 6 in the morning you miss out on the good parking.

Well Done! It all starts with two ZR-1's. Now your group will grow.

I wish that was the case for me lol..
I've been too at least 7 cars shows this year, and have been the only Z at any of them....was the same this weekend. Out of 400 cars that we're at the show, I was the ONLY C4....and didn't get any award. But that I don't give a **** about. My reward is the countless people who bypass the new Z06 parked next to me, and drool over my Z!!! I swear I'm the only Z for 200 miles around....1504624220370.jpg1504624244956.jpg

Jeff we still have to put something together for the Sacramento area before the weather turns. I'm thinking early to mid October. There's that C&C in the Folsom Eldorado Hills area that TCCRAB discussed once before. Seems to me that would be central to the Bay Area folks and us from Reno.

That might work. The Cars and Coffee in Danville is INSANE! There's between 600-800 cars and it gets bigger each month. If your not in the parking lot by 6:30 in the morning, you don't get a good spot and the Blackhawk Automobile Museum is right there. I went a few weeks ago to the museum and got to see the Buick Y Job and the General Motors LeSabre. I've got some great pictures if somebody wants to post them here.

That's the way the SoCal ones are. What tends to happen is they get too noisy and busy. Neighbors complain and they get kicked out. Happened in SoCal several times now.

I should know this week how my next 2 months will look. Once I know I will get with you and TCCRAB to set something up for Folsom.
Regards
Hans
