I'm not knocking the ZF Doc, he does Great work, but you can buy a new transmission for way less than getting him to rebuild yours.

Based on feedback from this thread I have already gotten a sense that might be the case. Still waiting for Bills quote.

There is nothing like a ZF Doc rebuilt transmission. It's just simply a pleasure to drive and shift hard. I wouldn't drive anything else.

Bill B does a lot more than just rebuild the Transmission......
A Bill B Transmission is modified/improved better than original
(I have seen a ZF S6-40 Transmission laid out on Bill's Bench completely disassembled)
