Just wondering how many have stepped up to the plate and bought on of these 160 degree thermostats?

Also anybody know more about the specifics on the balance pipe and air/oil separator under development?

Question

Interested in this myself. I've heard of guys making their own. How is that done, by tweaking the spring? Anyone?

Thanks for the link. Will a cool thermostat affect the fans coming on/ (Haibeck chip) or do I need to change out to a different fan switch ? (PN?)

Well, the fans will come on when the chip tells them to, and depending upon whether or not the cooler thermostat actually helps will determine if the engine heats up to the point where the chip will turn on the fans.

What did Marc Haibeck set your fan on temps at? In my Haibeck chip, both fans come on at 205 degrees F and both off at 200 degrees F.

Same here. I think that's how he sets them all up.

Spoke with the prior owner, he said he believed they were ste to come on at 190, off at 180?! 205/200 is believable
