... Country Hearth Inn, 270-783-4443, which is about a block away from Museum and a short drive over to the Assembly factory fence where JVD's AutoMasters is located. It's also inexpensive with a $48.88 special rate. These rooms go fast so reserve early; no cancellation fee if cancelled 48.hours before scheduled arrival date. My wife and I stayed there last time we were in BG and the rooms were clean, service excellent and a good value.

John, I'll be driving from BG to Nashville Sunday AM...Need to be there about 9-9;30 AM. I'd welcome the chance to take HawaiiZR1 with me and you could then leave with the others in the group???Bill

Craig (HawaiiZR1) is still in limbo as to whether he can make it, so he will be renting a car also.

George Jones (Tuband) stayed there last year, and is not staying there again. Said the place had gotten run down. I believe Mim stayed there as well and had the same thoughts.

JEFF, Thanks for the tip. What a shame to hear about the current condition. When Barb and I stayed there last time it was great for the price and I remember several years ago it was one of the top rated by many for Museum/factory trips.

I am now almost totally committed - made motel reservation this morning. I now need to make NCM reservations for the Gathering. Is there any NetRegisty reservations? I went last year to the Corvette Forum gathering with some friends and after getting there found out there was a Forum BBQ - that you had to register online at the Forum site.
