I had the same header kit as you have from the group buy David set up. The problem I had was that the small pipe coming off the passenger cat was about an inch too long, so I had to have an inch taken out of the middle of it. JVD posted here with the same issue with a kit built for stock mounting points. Nobody has reported the problem recently, so perhaps SW shortened the pipe a bit since then - but you have an early set. Hopefully you'll not have that problem!

Yes...if you are speaking to me Scott...I have a set from the original group buy from the new jigs. But on the 90's and proly the 91's & 92's as well, the driver's side is where the short pipe ( 6" long ) goes. Our ball connection is on the passenger side cat. The early cars had the cats welded to the manifolds instead of being flange bolted in place on the 405 motors. I wonder how tough that metal is to cut just in case....hummmm. Oh well I guess I will find out eventually! LOL

Hey Steve. I received my OBX exhaust today. Pretty quick shipping and it's all in one undamaged piece. Hope yours arrives soon.

Pretty sure obx prices are increasing like the headers did

Buy them while they are dirt cheap!

Thanks Brett, I haven't seen mine yet, and UPS has not recieved them for shipping. I'd have been real worried if not for you. Somebody mentioned air tubes. Will I have to have them custom installed?

I did get my gaskets, thanks Jerry. And I got my dip stick bracket, thanks Paul.
Thanks to everybody for filling me in on what I needed and didn't know about. I'm sure it will make the install easier.
