Its a 12" wide wheel, so the tire is at least that, probably closer to 13" wide. I think the 345's are on 19" wheels. My brother had them on his 06 Z06. The 345's end up with a bit larger diameter that threw off his traction control system and ABS. The same thing could happen with our cars?

335 Michelins on my 1990 and I drove them from from WA state to bowling green, ( the May gathering) heibeck's shop and back to WA. 4700 miles. They ride and handle great.
Ps. Cruise set at 103 mph on the trip for a short distant and wife never woke up. Smooth tires.

I run 315's on all fours. handles like glue. stops on a dime. can rotate tires too.
