Who will rebuild / revalve Bilstein FX3 shocks?

Not if you want an FX3 shock. If that’s not a consideration you could buy coil overs from them and get any setup you wanted.

Yes, for competition use. You are correct; I can buy new and have them revalved, but that is a waste of money, so I wanted to have mine repaired and revalved at the same time.
