Definitely a fun project, I'm not a bodyman but it's coming along.. I forget the specs on the motor since its been together for a while now. My Dad is crazy with carbs. More the better, 56 Belair vert has a 400 with 2/4s, the flat head has 4, he has 2 old chevy intakes that have 4 and 6 singles on them.

The Bel Air and the Ford, and particularly both engines, look simply fantastic!!!
That Flathead is to die for if you lived in the 50's and 60's!!! Not that I don't love the others, but those two are over the top! I agree that a father and son project makes it all even more special!!! Best of luck with all of the builds!  Marty |

Got the ported heads, upper intake and injector housings back. Still have to get powdercoated though. Have the reground cams, lifters, gaskets, emblems, bolts, rebuilt injectors, sealants, oils, headers, catback, and I think everything else to start putting the car back together.

Engine is back in and test fired. So far so good. Going on vacation so won't be able to break the cams in till I get back. Can't wait to get it back on the road.
