Okay I am installing the injectors and fuel rail now. Do I need to install injectors to the rail first? or do they go to the housing first? What is the usual process that works well on ZR1?

Thats a great point about not removing the coolant tube from IH. I am not ready to buy a new set of IH lol. Speaking of coolant, is it necessary to drain all the coolant from the car?

So I just replaced the swtich. What a pain! but it has been replaced so we will see if that fixed the problem.

For tightening down the switch, I just tightened it until the seal was bunched up...

I guess it wouldn't hurt to replace it since it looks like it is leaking. I will replace it and report back.
By the way, when it failed, how bad was the leak? enough to drip 1 or 2 drops per minute...
