Default HELP! Underdrive pulleys out there??

So, does anyone have experience with changing out the crank/water pump pulleys? Are there any replacement / aftermarket or alternatives/parts interchanges such that i could slow things down for (in particular) the water pump? Has anyone done any measuring out there?

I'd like to get to 30% less on water pump, if possible. Have pulled A/C for track use. Am designing a workaround to bypass system that may work, but the waterpump is always an issue. May remove it and go electric, but would like to work in stepwise methodology - and try pulleys first. Will eventually publish my results on the forum for those interested. Anyone else have some sources for me? MUCH OBLIGED
