Drive it yes, but if you have not yet permanently mounted battery tender cables and use one, I certainly suggest same.
Make sure your terminal surfaces are clean and the bolts tight and you will have many years of effortless starts with that battery if maintained with a tender.

I have a tender but keep my car in a storage facility, as I don't have a garage. So no way to use the tender where the car is now. Car has to be garaged per it being fully insured.

If you can't use a battery tender, you need to disconnect the battery when you plan to leave it parked for more than a few days.
