Roll start?
I have a silly question to ask...
Can our cars be push or roll started if for whatever reason the starter won't crank the engine? I'm asking because I left my lights on the other night (I know...) and by the time I discovered the error there wasn't enough battery power to crank the engine. It did have some power and wasn't totally dead. The car was pointed down a hill and I considered letting it roll and popping the clutch but was concerned about how the DIS ignition would tolerate that. We jump started it and all was well but I'm curious. Thanks everyone and have a great weekend.

Re: Roll start?
Thank you both. I'll keep that in mind in case I ever have that brain cloud again.

Re: Roll start?
Be careful if you push it. I've seen a few posts on the other forum where folks got their foot run over by the back wheel. It is quite close to the doors.
