warm seems okay, but hot is a motor or associated part trying to move when it can't....too much draw. Something is drawing power, but that power isn't doing any work. All power, is the bladder pump dead too? Do they have those in 92 seats? Rake, bolster & for & aft and all the stuff at the master control in the console are dead?

What's the odds on both seat worm screws being bound up at the same time? I say nill. Next are the individual switches with bad contacts? Can't be a short to ground, no tripping of the breaker. I don't have my 8A book handy....does a C4 have relays for the power seat system?

Did you pop off the seat bottoms to have a look if anything is obviously amiss down there? I hate to say to pull the console to get at the back of the master seat control, but it's start there or under the cushion.

Sorry to be rambling on so much! I have a 90, so I have switches all over the place! I need an owners manual just for my seats!

Disconnect the power to the seat(s) one at a time to isolate which one is the offender.
Access to the connector below the bottom cushion.

You really need a section 8 of the FSM to go much beyond that.
