Default 1990 Abs code 32&36

Hi guys,
I have a old problem, but ill like to fix it.
Sometime the abs service light come on the dash, appear and disappears, during the road trip.
I check the codes and I found 32 & 36.
I check the toothed wheels and its looks good.
The curious things is that a my friend have a 1990 l98 and we found the code 36.
What we can check?
Please, help us...we don't have the tech1a
Thanks

Code 32 is a problem with the RR toothed wheel or with the sensor. This codes sets if the ABS controller detects an incorrect amount of teeth due to a missing or broken tooth or a tooth wheel which is clogged with dirt. Also, a badly worn hub/bearing assy can cause this code to set so check the condition of your rear wheel bearings.

Carefully inspect the toothed wheel. You may need to remove the right axleshaft to do that. If you find a damaged wheel, you have to replace the stub axle which has the wheel on it.

If the wheel is ok, you need to remove the sensor, clean it and its mounting then reinstall the sensor.

Code 36 is the same problem on the other side. It's pretty unlikely that both wheels would fail. It could be that both have dirt and debris on them or both rear bearings are shot.

Again, to visually check those wheels properly may require removal of the axle shafts.

Hi Hib,
My ans my friend cars have low miles...I don't think to have problem on wheel...we already clean sensors and toothed wheels..I think I had to try to invert the ebcm and see if the errors became again...
If this happens the problem is the ebcm...
