Rear main puking oil?
Wouldn’t you know it. I’ve had the car all of three days. I’ve noticed if I run the car fairly hard I’m seeing oil on my drive way. Looks like the rear main area. Normal driving and nothing shows. Any ideas? 2011 ZR1.

Are you sure its not coming from up above and tracking down? There some oil leak areas like one of the header bolts that goes into an oil gallery, or the back of a cam cover. When I got mine I had a similar leak, and retorquing the oil pan bolts cured it for the past few years. The tech solutions part of this forum discusses most of the common oil leak areas. There is also Crossed Flags Performance in Magnolia/Tomball, Steve and his crew can fix you up in any case.

My '19 had a defective rear main seal which was replaced under warranty.
If the rear main is bad, there will be oil weeping from the part line between the clutch housing and the block. It's unusual for one-piece rear seals to leak, but it happens.

Probably sometime leaking up in the valley making it way down the drain tube.

I think he's got the wrong forum, the airdam on the pic looks to be a C6 not a C4.
