Default Identification of real GM A Mold Rims

I just purchased some rear 11x17 A Molds I was told were genuine GM A Molds. They have the correct offset and on the back of the spokes they have the following molded in:
First Spoke - 1
Second Spoke - LM
JPN
Third Spoke - 10214047
AFS
Fourth Spoke - 17.2x11x36
Fifth Spoke - two circles with lines through them

The third spoke has me confused. I think that is the GM part number, but isn't AFS one of the makers of reproduction rims? Oh I also weighed it on my bathroom scale and came up with 22.5 pounds. So, what do I have?

AFS in Japan before they did their own thing made the factory GM wheels. They also made non GM reproductions with the same AFS stampings in the early years. Are both wheels stamped with a JWL mark on the front side where the spokes are? GC

I just looked and there is a JWL mark on the front side of the rim.

The 8 digit number is all you need.

The 8 numbers are correct, The JPN and all the rest of the markings are correct and the JWL clearly state a factory wheel. If the JWL was not present it would have been in the "grey" years when AFS was doing thier own reproductions but still in Japan. Either way still considered by most a factory wheel. JWL stampings seal the argument. How much did you lay out for the pair?

I couldn't find the real GM fronts (for a reasonable price), so I ended up ordering an aftermarket set for my 85 and I will put my GM A molds on my ZR1. I weighed the aftermarket rim and wow it was 26 pounds or 15% heavier than the real GM rim.
