I just bought a thermostat housing,when I get it I'll see exactly what's required to make these. I do know that have some of the parts cast is the biggest challenge and then machined.

A word to the wise about Grundy.

I've got a Grundy policy on my 2 Corvettes,a1975 convertible and a 1991 ZR-1. A few weeks ago I had a little mishap with the 75,ran into a car,destroyed the headlight and no major damage elsewhere....

If you work on your on cars you can do this. Marc Haibeck sells a DVD that goes through the process of pulling the plenum.

Got the car back meaning someone worked on it? The normal response to that is take it back and have them fix it but that could only make things worse,if the plenum has to come back off and you can't...
