No Hammer............
I have had everything apart more than once so no hammer needed to break anything loose

Did not included the Tow Adapter and Gorilla Lug Wrench which resides beside the Passenger seat

Tow Adapter Stored next to Passenger Seat......................Gorilla Lug Wrench

The Tow Adapter is made to engage the 1-1/4 inch square tubing of the frame support under the front of the ZR-1.

Cliff,

Thanks for posting the tool list ... this is very helpful. Couple of questions, though ...
  • It seems that the 1/4" socket set is primary. Do you use the 3/8" wrench and 1/4" socket adapters or do you have the necessary 3/8" sockets?
  • the flex head ratchets ... are 12mm & 14mm needed? where?
  • tire repair ... yes, I carry one also. what about an inflator (like the ZO6)?
  • what about a serpentine belt? and wrench?
  • side terminal battery wrench? or is this covered with one of the other wrenches?

Still much to learn on my part but I'm trying to remember if I've ever used much more than 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 15mm sockets. I like the way you layer the tools in the two storage compartments. Ever consider carrying the oil in the front of the engine compartment (left or right side)? or is that not a good idea? I think that if it leaked it would be easier to clean up the inside of the fender area rather than the storage compartments.

I also carry a 12v compressor tire plug kit and a small tube of hand cleaner.
