I'm all ears on this one too. I was going to buy the AMSOIL preluber after watching a Two Guys Garage years ago and then AMSOIL stop making it. I know there are others like Canton Racing, etc. but sounds like a great thing to have on our motors with oil start up, upside down filters, etc.

It's an original "pre-luber"... http://www.pre-luber.com/index.htm

I got the marine version back in 1995 and had Marc H install it. He wired it to the ignition so when you turn it forward to accessory the pump runs, once I have pressure on the gauge I turn the key forward to the start position and the pump automatically cuts out and the engine fires immediately and runs smooth as can be. Haven't had any problems as is usual with all work done by the "ZR-1 Specialist". Another benefit of a smooth start is no rough idle tranny rattle due to the fidanza.

If I get a chance tomorrow I'll post a few pictures.

Would love to see the photos and maybe Marc could do a write up on the install?

Thanks for sharing. Having just built my motor and not even broken in yet, I would love to have this added protection and wear reduction for the investment.
