To all who responded:
This turned out to be a bent pin on the ignition module. It was easily straightened and the car jumped to life, no codes no problems. Repair was postponed due to an A-Fib(cardiac episode) issue, mine not the car ![]() I'll post about a fuel pressure problem that developed 2,599 miles after I first drove it out of the garage under another title. I've had A-Fib issues since 2003, It's a pretty common issue. After the 4th Zap to put it back into rhythm since then, when it went out again just 4 month later, I decided to have the Ablation surgery. The heart center has just started using Cryoablation. It was scary, they are messin' with your heart... All went as planed. I almost had a heart attack though(kidding) when I got the hospital bill. For the Prep, Operating room and one night in a semi-private progressive care room, just the hospital charges were $105,650.00... My insurance paid every dime!! Interestingly enough, they wouldn't pay $629.00 of the surgeons $2,500.00 bill. Go figure! Rich "Rebel" Ballou Last edited by rebelz; 10-16-2012 at 01:16 AM. ;-) My vote is on the DIS plug as well. Nearly impossible to get to without pulling the plenum again, but if this is the first time you've seen this code, it is the smoking gun. 'Crabs |
