Non-stock wheels/brakes? What about spare tire?

On the rears that wouldn't be an issue. Have 18mm spacers now and rear brakes are currently stock. However, the fronts are problematic since I am using stock wheels studs. Would need to measure to see if there's enough meat on the stud for lug nut with 1/2" spacer.
