Jerry,
I believe he's looking for probably the check valve that is included in the "under plenum" harness near the reservoir. It is included with the harness but I believe I've sold a GM # 460734 as a replacement. I've got an NOS harness with it included and I haven't had my hands on a #460734 in a long while. The GM # 460734 is still available at GM dealers. It seems also that in some Oldsmobile applications this might have been referred to as a "delay" and therefore isn't truly a check. It might be wise to maybe confirm by testing one in comparison to the one in the OE harness. *** I checked my harness and the part is cast 460734. It's quite illegible but knowing what your expecting I'd say that's what it is cast. Last edited by WVZR-1; 06-21-2013 at 05:56 AM. |

That is NOT a check-valve but a solenoid!

I have the part you need if you decide to go with 1997222; I'm not sure what to sell it for, how does $60 shipped sound? I'm not going to sell it to others, just trying to help a brother out. Let me know via PM; the earliest I can ship it out is Tuesday (your Monday).

Go with the 1997222 part number, as the later part number does not have the correct bracket or harness connection and needs to be modified to work.
