Dissappointed - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

Hello all

Haven't posted for a few weeks here. I've been kind of busy with life and all that stuff.

Anyway, the bad news is that I won't be able to make it down for the Gathering unfortunately. I've just got a new job and will be starting the monday after BG and on top of that my girlfriend has just heard her contract isn't going to be renewed, so she's going to be unemployed in a couple of weeks. So everything is just way too chaotic at the moment.

The good news though, is that the weather has cleared up at last and I took the Z out for her first 'serious' cruise yesterday. It was a beautiful day and we headed over to North Bay, a couple of hours East of us. The car ran perfectly and we had a blast and I didn't exceed the speed limit once... honest.

I hope everyone who is going has a great time. Hopefully we'll catch you at some other events in the near future.

I know you are disappointed, but there is always next year. Plus driving your ZR-1 is great therapy to get you through any rough patches.

That is 100% the truth. I love driving the Z so much I'd drive anywhere just for the ride!

I would really enjoy that Bob

Perhaps we could get together one weekend in the near future when things have settled down a little with me.

One of the long weekends later in the summer perhaps?
