According to the VIN it is a 1969, but the 70 fenders and waffle fenders are a conversation starter - especially among true C3 aficionados. The title says 1969 - that's our story and we're stickin' toit!
Asside from the fenders, it has an L46 (350/350), 4.11 rear, Craiger mags, M21 4-speed trans, rebuilt motor, high-rise manifold and air cleaner (hence the need for the BBC hood). It was "rode hard and put away wet" when we got it. And it is still a work in progress - limited mostly to minor creature feature stuff. Paul. |
