Sounds pretty fishy to me, "Factory ordered Auto", "all performance records lost" and the killer "700Hp on NOS". Talk about a grab-bag auction.

I think this may be Pete's old car, saw this set up at the museum a few years back.

A quick glance at the snapshots reveals some issues but I'd think an interested person should 'inspect'. I see an ASR cover likely goes with the AT conversion.

Ladysmith VA isn't far from many of the NOVA guys - next door almost for 1!

A very long time ago that car was registered on The Registry as belonging to a Robin Jenkins (Shreveport LA)

They messed up his window sticker and accidentally printed "six-speed manual transmission" on his "factory-ordered" automatic ZR-1. Oops.

Sorry,not one of mine.
Unless he bought flexplate from me i would need to look it up must've been long time ago.
1991's didn't have ASR, something not right.

If i remember correctly Boyd Jenkins was a member here.
Frank U, or Ron K. might know more about the car and/or Boyd Jenkins.

Pete

Yep but everybody knows all of those including mine were conversations and not Factory supplied. That car is not sporting a 91 engine with ASR. This is a conversation 100%. With paint and other condition issues is questionable as a future purchase. GC
