Unrelated, out of curiosity, why are you using octane booster with premium gas?

Initial mystery solved fuel line blew off pump, had nice recirculation system. Both Bosch 69225 pumps pull 2.2A each and sound good. Decided to replace strainers and fuel lines on sender while apart.

Danger Will Robinson! Even NAPA guys will screw up and sell you the wrong hose. Must be SAE J30R9 for fuel injection systems and immersion. NAPA sold me Gates SAE J30R14T2 which started melting when immersed.

11:1 static compression ratio and primitive engine management - taking no risks of ping or detonation. This car sees redline every outing.

Just like I said 3 weeks ago, you had the same problem I did. Glad you found and fixed it.
You will be happy again.
Did you change all those hose clamps while you were there?
