My NCM Agency policy is up to 400-something a year. Still cheap, all things considered. Premium of course takes into account the agreed value, garage location, etc.

Why don't you just use your regular insurance agency? As in the one for your other cars and house, etc..

They can be odd about classic cars. I use statefarm for my truck. I looked into them when I got my Z and they were very squirrely about it. Would only cover for KBB value, the car needed to be specifically a show car only, more stipulations that I thought were strange... it was a hard pass.

So I went with Hagerty, then come to find out statefarm gets their classic car insurance through hagerty anyways.
